Processing times
Orders placed before 2 PM on business days are packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, or on weekends and holidays, ship on the next business day.

Packaging
Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for short periods, but we ship every order in insulated, discreet packaging with cold packs when required. Store vials as soon as they arrive, following the storage information on each product page.
Returns
- Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- For quality and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or reconstituted vials.
- Contact us before sending anything back so we can issue a return reference.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
